  3. Reservation of Rights: All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are strictly reserved by True Otter, LLC.

2. Limited License to Access and Use

Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, True Otter, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and view www.sofloedge.com solely for your personal, non-commercial, or internal evaluation purposes.

This license does not convey or transfer any ownership title, intellectual property rights, or proprietary interest in SOFLO EDGE™ or any assets of True Otter, LLC.

3. Prohibited Conduct & Use Restrictions

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

  • Reverse Engineering: Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code or algorithms underlying SOFLO EDGE™.

  • Commercial Exploitation: Resell, white-label, rebrand, license, or monetize any content, features, or functionality of SOFLO EDGE™.

  • Interference: Undertake any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, introduce malicious software, or attempt to breach website security or authentication mechanisms.

  • Keyword Misuse: Use "SOFLO EDGE", "True Otter", or any variant as metatags, hidden text, or paid search target keywords without prior authorization.

4. DMCA & Copyright Infringement Policy

True Otter, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on or through www.sofloedge.com infringes upon any copyright you own or control, please submit a notice to our designated copyright agent:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, TRUE OTTER, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND SYSTEM INTEGRATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRUE OTTER, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE WWW.SOFLOEDGE.COM OR SOFLO EDGE™, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TRUE OTTER, LLC’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.00 USD.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless True Otter, LLC and its members, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from or arising out of:

  1. Your violation of these Terms of Service;

  2. Your unauthorized use or misuse of the website or SOFLO EDGE™ intellectual property; or

  3. Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to www.sofloedge.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida (or your state of incorporation/llc registration), without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

  • Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the county of registration for True Otter, LLC to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms or the website.

9. Changes to These Terms

True Otter, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
